Event Photography Coverage
Our event photography pricing is based on hours of coverage. Every package includes a full-time lead photographer, expert retouching on your entire gallery (50+ images per hour of coverage), high-resolution digital delivery within two weeks, and perpetual royalty-free usage rights.
Multi-day conferences are custom-quoted based on your event schedule, number of photographers needed, and any add-on services. Most multi-day engagements fall in the $6,500 to $15,000 range.
Headshot Activation Stations
Professional headshot stations are one of the highest-value add-ons for any conference. Attendees love walking away with a polished new headshot, and sponsors love the engagement and foot traffic a headshot lounge generates.
We typically photograph 15-20 attendees per hour per station. Our virtual queue system lets attendees join by scanning a QR code — no long lines.
