How Our Headshot Stations Work
We bring everything needed to create a professional headshot experience at your event: portable studio lighting, a clean backdrop (or your branded backdrop), and a dedicated photographer who keeps the line moving while making every subject look their best. The entire process takes about 2-3 minutes per person.
Our retouching team works in real-time behind the scenes. Each attendee receives two professionally retouched images delivered digitally, often the same day. No waiting days or weeks — it’s ready to upload to LinkedIn before the conference is over.
Virtual Queue Technology
Long physical lines are the number-one complaint about headshot stations at conferences. We solved that with our proprietary virtual queue system.
Attendees scan a QR code or visit a URL, join the queue from their phone, and receive real-time text updates as their turn approaches. They’re free to attend sessions, visit the exhibit hall, or grab a coffee — then show up when it’s their turn.
