Every conference photography engagement includes pre-event coordination with your team, a dedicated lead photographer (plus additional photographers as needed), expert retouching on your full gallery, high-resolution digital delivery within two weeks, and perpetual royalty-free usage rights. No surprise fees, no per-image licensing, no confusing add-ons.
We typically deliver 50 or more retouched images per hour of coverage. For a two-day conference with eight hours of daily coverage, that’s 800+ polished images ready for your website, social media, sponsor reports, and post-event marketing.

We also offer edited recap videos with color correction and music, starting at $500 per 30 seconds of finished content.
