Event Photography Coverage
Our event photography pricing is based on hours of coverage. Every package includes a full-time lead photographer, expert retouching on your entire gallery (50+ images per hour of coverage), high-resolution digital delivery within two weeks, and perpetual royalty-free usage rights.

Multi-day conferences are custom-quoted based on your event schedule, number of photographers needed, and any add-on services. Most multi-day engagements fall in the $6,500 to $15,000 range. We’ll build options that fit your budget and coverage goals.
Headshot Activation Stations
Professional headshot stations are one of the highest-value add-ons for any conference. Attendees love walking away with a polished new headshot, and sponsors love the engagement and foot traffic a headshot lounge generates.

Our headshot stations are designed for high throughput during conference breaks. We typically photograph 15-20 attendees per hour per station, with retouched images delivered the same day.
We’re also rolling out our proprietary virtual queue system — attendees join by scanning a QR code or visiting a URL, receive real-time updates as their turn approaches, and get their finished headshot delivered through their preferred channel (text, WhatsApp, email, or other platforms). No more long physical lines. The whole experience is fully branded to your event, and organizers get clean reporting with lead and opt-in data built right in.
Video Add-Ons
Add B-roll video to any photography package for a complete visual record of your event.
