The entire process takes about 90 seconds per person — step in, get a few frames taken, and you’re done.

Our retouching team works in real-time behind the scenes. Each attendee receives two professionally retouched images delivered digitally the same day. No waiting days or weeks for your new headshot — it’s ready to upload to LinkedIn before the conference is over.

We typically photograph 15-20 attendees per hour per station. For a conference with 300 attendees and a two-day headshot offering, a single station with 6-8 hours of total coverage comfortably serves the crowd. For higher-volume events, we recommend multiple stations running simultaneously.
